| 职位描述： | 职位描述：
Responsibilities: Optimize the product & process to improve the product quality, reduce the production cost. In Charge of the technical development in designing new product. Identify and direct department improvement activities. Communicate objectives and goals of the team with all engineers. Be responsible for the budget plan & implement. Communicate with other departments (Sales, PD, MT, QA) for product & process services. Qualifications: Min.5 years in product design and 3 years of management experience in Cable field. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Cable related. Familiar with the procedure of product development. Rich knowledge of engineering to manage product development team. Good English ability in writing and speaking Excellent in communication, leadership & management skills. 工作职责: ?管理新产品的研发、试制，并解决新品试制过程中出现的技术、工艺问题。 ?负责和客户及公司内部各部门沟通，已满足样品的交期和质量。 ?按时完成样品试制，并对重要的新品开发、试制各环节进行总结归档。 ?优化试制计划，并对新品的成本进行分析统计，降低研发费用。 ?对各相关人员进行新品制作培训及专业知识培训。 职位要求: ?本科及以上学历, 电缆制造及相关专业 ?5年在电缆制造领域的工作经验 ?英语听说读写流利 ?MS office /CAD熟练 ?良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动，熟悉UL认证，有团队合作精神 |
